Karan is the Managing Director of Mercantile Group a leading brand in the circular economy of smart devices and distribution solutions. The Mercantile group was founded in 1996 by visionary Chairman and founding father Mr. Arun Narula. Over the years Mercantile has grown from a distribution company to a global device lifecycle management and end-end solution provider for tier-1 OEM's, telecom operators and Omni channel retailers. Karan along with CEO Kunal Narula has been instrumental in leading the group to a network of over 20k business partners across 80 countries and 6 global offices.
Karan has more than over 25 years of experience in Telecom, Consumer Electronics, and Circular Economy. Karan's avid entrepreneurial drive led him to take part in the coveted Owner President Management Program at Harvard Business School, USA, and was part of the illustrious scale-up cohort at Standford University Graduate School.

She is also serving as the Vice President, FITDAK ( IT Association of Karnataka) and serves the ICT Channel Community through the Association.
UNIVERSE ART FOUNDATION (UAF), is a not for profit organization, formed to address the challenges faced by Indian Artists and offers them necessary help to overcome day to day difficulties.
The objective is the help save our indigenous Art & Culture by securing the Artists who are the roots of our Culture.
UAF has following goals:
To ensure that Indian artists do not live in poverty after having dedicated their entire lives to the service of the ancient Indian art forms.
Provide medical facilities to the artists and their families, in cases where they can’t afford them
To provide education opportunities and funding for the children of Indian artists to pursue careers of their choice unfazed by financial difficulties
Too encourage young Indians to take up traditional Indian art forms as a career, by providing talented individuals necessary grants and funding to get excellent training by instituting art fellowships
To provide platform for young artists to launch their career
