Andre is responsible for the sale and promotion of MySQL, the most popular Open Source Database of the world. He is responsible for all sales activities in the assigned territories to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives. This includes motivating and leading account managers and sales engineers, developing and implementing pro-active competitive strategies, and forecasting revenues accurately. Territory responsible includes: ASEAN, Korea & Australia/New Zealand region. Prior to joining Oracle, Andre was the Regional Sales Director for Data Protection solutions of Dell Software Group, ASEAN region. He joined Dell Software Group through the company’s acquisition of Quest Software, where he was responsible for Data Protection sales for ASEAN.
