Mr Nguyen Ba is the Vice Chief Editor of VietnamNet (Vietnamnet.vn) and Vice Chief Editor of Post Office Newspaper, ICTNews.vn, Infonet.vn. He has over two decades experience in working for Media in Vietnam and a hold a double Masters, an MA (Linguistics) and another MA (Law).
