BMI Research forecasts that Indonesian IT spending will grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10.6% from 2016 to 2019 to reach 210.7 trillion IDR in 2019. Computer Hardware Sales will reach USD7.6bn in 2020, compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10.2% 2016-2020. It expects “considerable spending growth over the medium-term as a result of income growth, enterprise and public sector modernization, and the low device and solution penetration rate”.
Frost & Sullivan estimates that the country will have around $1.7 billion USD connected devices by 2020 with more than 470 million mobile subscribers and more than 200 million active internet users, according to the research firm.

Frost & Sullivan memperkirakan bahwa Indonesia akan memiliki sekitar $ 1,7 milyar USD terhubung dengan perangkat-perangkat pada tahun 2020 dengan lebih dari 470 juta pelanggan mobile dan lebih dari 200 juta pengguna internet aktif, menurut perusahaan riset.
